Erecting and Dismantling
Before any erecting commences, the area is cordoned off and the team dons their safety equipment. This usually comprises of a safety helmet (hard-hat), safety boots, double-lanyard harness and reflector vests.
The erectors and charge-hand (Lead erector) will assess the best method to build the scaffolding in relation to the client’s access requirements.
General labourers assist in getting the scaffolding to the erectors efficiently to ensure a good work flow is maintained.
Once the scaffold has been completed and the client is satisfied with the result, we tag the scaffold safe for use and give it the first inspection.
